Psychological and Cognitive Testing

Comprehensive psychological and cognitive evaluations are available to assess emotional, behavioral, developmental, cognitive, and functional concerns. These evaluations may help clarify questions related to ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, learning challenges, executive functioning, emotional regulation, social difficulties, and diagnostic complexity. Each evaluation is tailored to the referral question and includes a thorough written report with findings, diagnostic impressions, and practical recommendations.

Medico-Legal Evaluations

As a licensed clinical psychologist and Qualified Medical Evaluator, Dr. Meskowsky provides independent medico-legal psychological evaluations, including QME, SIBTF, IME, and AME evaluations. These assessments may address psychological injury, causation, apportionment, permanent disability, treatment needs, work restrictions, functional impairment, and related legal-medical questions.

Reports are designed to be objective, comprehensive, and clearly organized for attorneys, claims administrators, physicians, employers, agencies, and other referral sources.

Fitness-for-Duty Evaluations

Dr. Meskowsky provides fitness-for-duty psychological evaluations for individuals in safety-sensitive, professional, military, law enforcement, public safety, workplace, or return-to-work contexts. These evaluations may help address questions related to emotional stability, judgment, stress tolerance, cognitive functioning, behavioral concerns, readiness to return to work, and ability to perform essential job duties.

Evaluations are conducted with professionalism, objectivity, and attention to the specific demands of the role and referral question.

Thorough Reports and Meaningful Recommendations

Following each evaluation, Dr. Meskowsky provides a detailed written report that integrates clinical interview findings, test results, behavioral observations, records when available, diagnostic impressions, and individualized recommendations.
